Pies by Inge is based in historic downtown Monticello Illinois. Our families have been baking pies, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods for many generations. Now, we bring our extensive collection of delicious down home recipes to your customers or family. We have provided baked goods to Monticello and the surrounding areas since 1990. The business began with an emphasis primarily on pie, but now offers a wide selection of desserts to tempt any sweet tooth.
Quick Pick Pies
If you have an event come up suddenly or just run out of time to make your own dessert, give us a call to see if we can help. We try to keep a variety of frozen premade pies for just those times. We also have a selection of frozen cakes and bars available. The varieties of pies are constantly changing so please call The Brown Bag at 217-762-9221, and they can tell you the current inventory.
We Only Offer the Best
We make everything fresh from scratch in small batches using only the finest ingredients. We bake the old-fashioned way without the use of preservatives or stabilizers so our desserts are meant to be enjoyed fresh from the oven. Two days' notice is appreciated for most orders. So if you need a dessert for Saturday, please call us by Thursday evening.
